We welcome everyone to join us in worship at Christ Episcopal Church. Our church is part of The Episcopal Church, which is a multinational protestant denomination and the only church in the United States that is part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. The mission of The Episcopal Church, as stated in the Book of Common Prayer’s catechism, is “to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ.” In step with that mission, we follow Jesus into loving, liberating, and life-giving relationships with God, with each other, and with the earth.​ Join us for worship each Sunday at 11 am. About Christ Church
In 1957, Christ Church was organized in Denmark as a mission in the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina. The church is led by a faithful group of lay leaders. Supply priests assist with the Sunday worship services. The church draws members from Bamberg, Orangeburg, and Barnwell counties. Sunday services are at 11 am. Walk through our red doors and join us for worship. After the service, join us for coffee hour in the parish hall. Please check the monthly calendar for any changes in time or location. Visitors are always welcome.
